Kerbkit is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Kerbkit. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Kerbkit. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
What you buy
Kerbkit components: a download of 32 Framer code components (.tsx files) with a README and licence, $49 one-time.
Delivered instantly as a download after payment: Stripe returns you to a download page on kerbkit.com, which checks your payment and gives you the zip file. If the page does not load, email support@kerbkit.com with your Stripe receipt.
Kerbkit is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are shown before purchase. Digital purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: for those purchases, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and offers order and payment support, and the terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase. Where checkout does not show Link as the seller, Stripe processes the payment for us and we are the seller. Either way, we provide the product, and these Terms govern the product itself.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the components do not work as described. Email support@kerbkit.com with your Stripe receipt.
To ask for a refund, contact us (below) with the email address used at checkout. For purchases sold through Link you can also ask Link support, which may issue refunds under its own policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
Product terms
- Licence: you may use the components on any number of websites that you build for yourself or your clients, and you may edit the code. You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the components or the zip file, in whole or in part, including inside a template, library or competing pack. Each purchase covers one person or one studio.
- The components are provided as they are. You are responsible for checking the result on each website before it is published, and for the accuracy of any text, rating, review or credential you enter into a component.
- The download link works only for a completed $49 payment. After a refund, or while a payment is disputed, the link stops working.
- Sample text and sample businesses shown on the site and in the components are fictional.
- Kerbkit is an independent product and is not affiliated with Framer.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
